With the latest construction trends, customers are leaning towards more affordable housing. Where the customer has the freedom to customize it, to their needs. Currently we have started a few housing projects ranging from a vacation to a permanent residence.
FT. OKANAGAN HISTORICAL SITE
For the historical museum at Ft. Okanogan, we helped enhance the beautiful location with a new pergola and roof repairs. The pergola involved intricate craftsmanship and woodworking techniques. Not only does this pergola help set the scene it also contributes to shading guests.
ENCC BUILDING FIRE REHABILITATION
This project for Colville Indian House Authority had fire damage inside & outside of the Eagle Nest Community Center. Our team performed the fire rehabilitation of the building, reviving the building for local community members
NESPELEM SCHOOL IMPROVEMENTS
The Nespelem School Improvements project, which included critical upgrades to the drainage system, parking, sidewalks, and building exterior. Our team worked closely with the school's administration and sub-contractors to deliver a high-quality result that exceeded expectations.
